Rebecca's professional background is anything but ordinary. Before earning her real estate license, she built hands-on experience across engineering, land surveying, and residential construction — industries that gave her a rare ability to evaluate properties with a critical, informed eye. She has also owned and operated a boutique design and marketing firm since 1990, which means your listing doesn't just get listed — it gets positioned.

But ask anyone who knows Rebecca, and they'll tell you: she's a lifelong horsewoman. Over the years she has owned, trained, shown, bred, and deeply loved horses across multiple disciplines and breeds. Today her herd has gracefully aged down to six — horses who have given her everything and now enjoy a permanent, cherished home in return. Among them is Dusty, her daughter's former Pony Club mount, who is still going strong at 40 years old. How long do horses live? Rebecca will tell you: depends on the love you give them. She bred her Secretariat granddaughter, and that foal — Wally — still calls the farm home today. She rides, trains, and offers lessons to select students, and loves nothing more than a trail ride through the woods or along the Florida coast. When she's not in the saddle, you might find her out on the open road aboard her old school shovelhead chopper. Rebecca brings that same independent, no-nonsense spirit to everything she does — including real estate.

A Gainesville native and proud bonafide twin — fraternal, for the record — Rebecca grew up exploring the area's diverse neighborhoods and communities, new and old. She studied Graphic Design at Santa Fe College, and that creative foundation still lives in everything she does — from marketing your property to crafting a strategy that gets results.
